Return Policies

All defined terms used below have the meanings given to them in our terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation​

Numismatic Order:

Any numismatic goods in stock that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled. A 3% credit administration fee will apply to all refunds paid through the Wix payment system beginning July 20, 2020. For pre-order items and subscriptions, we do not have a cancellation policy and any pre-order placed on the Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca website constitutes a legally binding commitment and purchase agreement. Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca will review all cancellation requests and may offer the option to apply the purchase to store credit, offer cancellation fees or other arrangements at Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca's discretion and depending on the nature of the reason for cancellation. All reasonable cancellation requests will be considered. Cancellation may have a significant impact on the commercial viability of Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse future business relationships as well as to take legal action against any customer who makes large volume purchases and does not pay

 

Ingot / Bar and Bulion Order:

Once we issue an order number, the price is locked in for you and the transaction cannot be reversed, only cleared at our current sale price. Any shortfall between the price at which we sold you and the compensating purchase price (s) will be your responsibility only if your item (s) are canceled. You will be charged this amount, plus a cancellation fee of $ 35 for orders. It is our policy of market loss. Any market gain on cancellations remains the property of Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca.

Return:

Once an item of merchandise has been delivered to you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an item to us, please contact us. The return costs are your responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply and we do not credit shipping charges (although shipping is free, there is a cost associated with shipping) or credit card charges or payment.

 

Shipping:

To initiate a return, please email us at Info@Goldsilverbullioncanada.ca. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. You are responsible for paying all shipping charges for your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or take out insurance for items from going

Refund and Exchange policies:

After we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

 

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide you with any of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the returned item, a non-transferable store credit.

Generalty:

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
