The reverse of the coin depicts the beautiful profile of Cassandra, the daughter of King Priam and of Queen Hecuba of Troy with a wonderful blue shaded colouration.
 
The obverse of the coin portrays the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE” – the issuing country, “TWO DOLLARS” – the face value and “2018” – the year of issue.
