The reverse of the coin features the Lady Liberty, taken from the "Walking Liberty" design by Adolph A. Weinman, over a background of a meteorite falling. On top, the inscription: "LIBERTY" and on the right, the inscription: "IN GOD WE TRUST"- the American motto. On the bottom, the inscription: "2015" – the year of issue.
 
The obverse of the coin features the USA Coat of Arms, and the inscriptions: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" – the issue country, "ONE DOLLAR" – the face value and "1 OZ FINE SILVER" – the weight of the coin.
