Die 4. Ausgabe dieser erfolgreichen Serie zeigt das berühmte Tsarevich Ei. Im Original besteht es aus Gold, Lapislazuli, Porträtdiamanten und Brillanten. Es wurde 1912 hergestellt. Der Hintergrund ist allerding dramatisch. Der damals 7jährige Sohn von Zar Nicolas II lag totkrank auf dem Sterbebett, um sich dann aber doch noch zu erholen. Aus Freude schenkte der Zar dieses Ei seiner Frau. Die Überraschung im Innern ist aus Platin, Lapislazuli, Rosendiamanten und einem Aquarell auf Elfenbein gefertigt, welches ein Foto des Sohnes zeigt. Aktuell befindet sich das Original-Ei im Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, USA. The imperial egg was crafted in 1912 and presented as a gift to Alexei‘s mother after his miraculous recovery from severe illness.
 
The coin’s reverse features an incredible High Relief image of a wonderful blue Fabergé Egg. On the top of the reverse, the inscription: “Peter Carl Fabergé Tsarevich Egg” – the name of the coin.
 
The obverse of the coin features the Mongolian Coat of Arms and the inscriptions: “1000 TOGROG” – the face value, “MONGOLIA” – the issuing country and “2 OZ .999 SILVER” – the weight and fineness of the Silver.
