The reverse of the coin depicts a wonderful colored image of a Peacock with his tail opened. All around the reverse the peacock's tail feathers, with iridescent colors, containing shades of blue, green, and gold. The feathers are fanned out into a large and striking circular pattern. On the re-verse, the inscription: "PEACOCK" – the name of the coin.
 
The obverse of the coin features a pattern formed by the feathers of the peacock and the Effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "2022" – the year of issue, "NIUE" – the issuing country, "AG 999" – the fineness of the Silver and "7 DOLLARS" – the face value.
