The reverse of the coin depicts both the reality and mystic elements of wild nature: a winged lion, a winged deer, a unicorn and other mystic animals. At the center of the design, the earth, symbolising that the earth is not only our home, but also the home for animals and plants and we must respect each other. The design is enriched by an intricate pattern with flowers and natural elements.
 
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “Elizabeth II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE” – the country of issue, “2022” – the date of issue, “FIVE DOLLARS” – the face value and “Ag 999” – the fineness of the Silver.
