The reverse of the coin depicts a filigree exterior with full design elements depicting bees and flowers. The central part of the design, on the other hand, depicts the bee hive cell, with its typical hexagonal shape and a yellow coloring reminiscent of honey.
 
The obverse of the coin maintains the same graphic structure and bears holographic floral elements of great aesthetic taste. In the center is the Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, along with the inscriptions: "SOLOMON ISLANDS" - the issuing country, "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen and "2023" - the year of issue.
