The reverse of the 40 mm-diameter, antique silver one-dollar coin is designed to resemble the classic Charles Perrault tale, in which Puss in Boots tricks the Great Sorcerer and turns him into a mouse. The Wicked Sorcerer’s kingdom is given to the master of Puss in Boots, who joyfully weds the king’s daughter. The coin is decorated with a modern UV print, while the obverse features other motifs from this magical tale.
